Certification

InteRgreat structures are engineered, built and commissioned to guarantee strict adherence to desired performance criteria. After a rigid commissioning process, each building owner is presented with a certificate guaranteeing annual energy useage, mechanical system life, annual carbon-dioxide output and specific performance criteria (E.G.: Fire ratings of wall systems, R-values etc...)

Commissioning

Sutainability can only be achieved by consistent performance over time. That is why all our structures built with SIMS™ technology are commissioned by an independent commissioning agent; to ensure the building performs as it was designed. Every InteRgreat structure is engineered built and commissioned to guarantee strict adherence to desired performance criteria. Are You Ready?

Under the new law, the Clean and Affordable Energy Act, passed in 2008, building owners will have to publicly disclose energy ratings starting in 2012, which will give prospective tenants and buyers an easy-to-understand way to compare the energy consumption and operating costs of buildings, according to The Institute for Market Transformation (IMT).
